My method focuses on real facts and situations , avoids abstractions and theoretical scenarios, favors concrete learning strongly oriented towards the achievement of verifiable results.
It is based on individual meetings between leaders / coaches and on action learning, i.e. learning from direct experience.
It is a “totally personalized and tailor-made path” , designed on real objectives, achieved thanks to strategies and actions that arise from daily decisions and events.
Coaching is “ a partnership with clients that through a creative process stimulates reflection inspiring them to maximize their personal and professional potential” (ICF definition).
My method is based on three components: goals, mindset/attitude, behaviors and useful habits .

When good behaviors become habits, they produce success. However, almost everyone has difficulty taking the right actions consistently and on an ongoing basis. The reason? It begins in our minds: it’s the mindset and the attitude.
Unfortunately we are often unaware of the beliefs and thoughts that govern our behaviors. We find ourselves wanting to do certain things and developing certain habits, but unable to do so.
As a Coach I help you develop the right mindset and accomplish priority activities, which will produce the results you want.
