FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS COACHING PATHS

CUSTOMER

The coaching client is a person or organization that wants to achieve a higher level of performance, or increase skills or job satisfaction quickly, for a specific project or to prepare the management of other people. Sometimes there is a lack of clarity about the choices to make or there is a need to rebalance the time dedicated to work with respect to private life or overcome periods of stress. In other cases there is a need to manage one’s business in a more organized way or face phases of change or even improve relationship skills and promote self-efficacy.

“WHEN DO I UNDERSTAND THAT I NEED A COACH?”

When you have a goal in mind, but for some reason your personal resources are momentarily “unavailable”. Ask yourself if you are willing and flexible to implement real changes in your work or life and are willing to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives and take the time to promote personal self-development. Set up a consultation

“WHO IS BUSINESS COACHING AIMED AT?”

Business Coaching is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers, freelancers, companies that want to enhance their resources through an effective tool for personal knowledge and growth. The areas of intervention, among others, are those of change management, leadership development, teamwork, time management, work-life balance, resource motivation, communication, strengthening self-esteem, productivity .

“WHO IS LIFE COACHING AIMED AT?”

Life Coaching refers to the personal areas of people’s lives and is aimed at men, women and teenagers. The Coach can help to reach goals faster or in moments of stalemate, indecision, confusion; that is, when we are called to make choices and we are unable to identify the right direction for us.

“WHO IS TEAM COACHING AIMED AT?”

Coaching is used both with individuals and with teams ( Team Coaching ). When it is done for the Team, the benefits also fall on the individual components, especially on the Team Leader with regard to his leadership, delegation and motivation skills, and on the team members to whom it gives the opportunity to address the classic team dysfunctions , such as conflicts, hostile alliances, non-participation, lack of trust, with the collaborative tools that Coaching activates during the process focused on common objectives.

“WHO IS SPORT COACHING AIMED AT?”

Coaching in sports performance is aimed at athletes and coaches, anyone who practices sports and wants to improve their performance by working ecologically on their skills and potential. It is particularly effective in overcoming the psychological obstacles that arise during competitions and moments of stress.

“WHO IS CAREER COACHING AIMED AT?”

It’s about the workplace, especially Career . It’s useful when you’re looking for a job and you want to feel accomplished, enhance your skills, understand what qualities can help you in the workplace, effectively face a job interview.

“IN THE COMPANY CAN COACHING BE DONE TO THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT IT?”

No. The effectiveness of coaching lies in the assumption of awareness and responsibility. If coaching is imposed, it doesn’t work. In my experience, however, this rarely happens. If the corporate coaching tool is genuinely used as an investment in the growth of resources, once its potential is perceived, the coaching is well received.

“CAN YOU WORK ON MINOR GOALS WITH COACHING?”

Of course! With some clients I work to achieve their goals, on defined and short-term projects. In many cases, however, the client continues to work afterwards because he discovers even more interesting goals to achieve.

“HOW CAN I PAY?”

The payment conditions are designed for each of our services, based on its duration and amount. Normally I try to make payments simple, but also sustainable and in some cases it is possible to pay in installments. If you have different needs with respect to the standard conditions of the service or product you wish to purchase, do not hesitate to inform me before starting the journey.

“IS IT BETTER TO GO TO A COACH OR A PSYCHOLOGIST?”

Being different professionals, each of these is addressed for different reasons. The psychologist treats a psychological disorder, a Coach deals with the present and the future, with goals and is “focused on the result”. For more information, also on other “parallel” professions, see the specific page of the site. What Coaching Isn’t .
