It is necessary to complete the payment by clicking on the “SIGN UP” or “BUY NOW” button. You will be sent to a secure page to pay by credit card. Following payment, you will automatically receive an email with your login credentials. You will be able to start the course immediately.

Registrations for paid video courses can be canceled without any financial charges, within 7 days from the start date of the course upon written notice to coach@matteorocca.com.
If you respect this deadline, any registration fees already paid may be reimbursed by bank transfer, unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

If 7 days have already passed from the start date of the course, it is only possible to replace the participant by sending a communication to coach@matteorocca.com
indicating the name, surname, cell., email of the new video-course user.

There are no deadlines to start or complete courses. Even after completing a course, you may continue to access it provided your account is in good standing and the course has not been re-produced. In case of re-production you will be entitled to a coupon.

The courses can be found on the academy.matteorocca.com website which is provided by the “Kartra” system. Once the payment has been made, you will automatically receive an email with the login credentials. You will be able to start the course immediately.

Videos can be paused at any time. If you intend to take breaks longer than 4 hours, we recommend closing the platform, as the active session expires and a new login is required.

It is always advisable to copy and paste the credentials received by email, being careful not to insert any spaces. In case of loss, click on “Did you forget your username or password?” and follow the procedure.

To attend our video courses you only need a desktop or laptop PC, or a tablet or even a smartphone! There are no limits to technology.

Just follow the instructions after the purchase, it’s very simple!

For smartphone use, we recommend using the Google Chrome application with PC viewing in order to adjust the video execution speed and thus save time (if speed 1.25 is selected, the video duration decreases by 20%).

The programs are divided into 3 modes:

• e-learning video courses: to be followed completely online. The useful method for those who want to complete the training course immediately and independently.

• coaching courses: to be followed individually with the Coach. This mode is useful for those who need coaching/mentoring as well as training and want to be followed step-by-step. Sessions are scheduled in advance and carried out via video conference on platforms such as Meet, Skype, Teams, Hangouts, Wereby, WhatsApp, Jitsi, etc.

• webinar: collective lesson in online presence. Programmed in advance, delivered on specialized platforms, the customer receives an email with all the instructions for logging in. It’s like participating in a collective video conference. This method is preferred by those who want to attend “Live” training courses in online format, with Q&A (Question & Answer) sessions, exercises, frontal explanations.

• classroom training workshops. Only upon specific request at company level, for a limited maximum number of people (20).
