WHY I'M A COACH IN THE LIFE & BUSINESS FIELD
In my “first professional life” I was an entrepreneur and manager in industrial and commercial companies for 20 years, in Italy and abroad. Now I’m a full- time professional Mental Coach , it’s my calling, it’s a passion. It gives me great satisfaction to create value for people.

WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE
ENTREPRENEUR and MANAGER: I am now an ICF Business Coach and work with entrepreneurs and managers, but have worked for over 20 years as an entrepreneur and manager. I have managed many projects, people, resources. In the last part of my career, as a client, I got to know the world of Coaching and I fell in love with it. I then felt the vocation for this splendid profession.
CERTIFICATIONS: I have two degrees, 2 Masters, I am Licensed Advanced Master Practitioner of NLP, I am associated with ICF (International Coach Federation) and AICP (Italian Association of Professional Coaches), I have various certifications. Code of Ethics (ICF Code of Conduct)
CAREER: I’ve been a leader and manager in Italy and abroad, for about 20 years, I’ve launched several start-ups, I understand well what my clients feel, because I too have experienced similar situations. I bring the skills and experiences of my previous career into my current profession.
STRESS COACH : I’ve always been “prone” to stress, I’ve led a stressful life, now I’ve decided to win my battle against stress, I’ve opened a Blog thanks to which I help people to “eliminate the causes of their stress” beyond than to handle it.

CONSISTENCY: I work as a Business Coach, but in addition to being a coach “I am a coach” ! I am consistent and congruent, I do what I say. For me it is important to be professional, to have total empathy, to work with dedication and passion. Coaching for me is a lifestyle, a journey towards eternity!

The planned courses that I offer to my clients are courses that I have already done in person, of which I have been able to touch the benefits firsthand. I don’t propose universal solutions or pre-packaged answers, but I help you to elaborate your answers, for your specific situation.
CHALLENGE: I am very determined, constantly looking for new challenges and new stimuli to improve, evolve and progress. I will do the same with you, to bring out the best and train your potential.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: I continue to train in a continuous improvement process, I have been and am Coachee of other coaches and other tutors. I share what I know and try to improve myself and improve people every day, it’s my mission.
THE WHEEL OF LIFE
I am a Business Coach for managers and entrepreneurs and my symbol is my logo , the 8-spoke “wheel of life ” and it has value for me as a philosophy of life and not a religious one. The eight-spoked “wheel of life” or ” Dharma wheel “ symbolizes the wheel of existence, the cyclical nature of life and its symbolic movement in infinite time. Tibetans call it the “wheel of transformation” .
Regardless of the religious meaning, I have made this symbol my own because it perfectly represents what I think about personal “continuous improvement” , as a constant commitment to evolution in all areas of life. The wheel of life as a symbol of transformation….
This symbol is not only of Asian origin, but also represents the ” Wind Rose “ of compasses, the “Rudder” in navigation and the “Wheel of Fortune” , a symbol usually associated with the capricious nature of fate. The concept is very ancient: the wheel was one of the attributes of the Roman goddess Fortuna, whose name seems to derive from the phrase “Vortumna” , “she who turns the year”. Even today, in fact, in proverbs and popular sayings it is said that “..Fortune is a wheel that turns…” .
The wheel of life as the center of everything….. The symbol of the wheel is omnipresent in all cultures, eras and religions of the world , the wheel is part of all that plethora of symbols that can be defined as “of the Center”, or rather symbolic schemes in which it is possible to identify a central point around which the entire symbol develops symmetrically.
The central point, in each of the symbols, represents the origin of all things, the Immovable Point, without shape or dimension, the Unity from which all other things spring, just as the One produces all other numbers, without that its Essence is affected by it.
