How do you measure the effectiveness of a coaching intervention ? ” Coaching ROI” , or evaluation of a coaching process, means a research and identification of the changes that have occurred in the recipients’ skills, behavior and performance, in business results following the path planned by the coach. Measurable parameters can be quantitative and qualitative.

Parameters identified for measurement (measured ex ante, ex itinere, ex post): a) tangible economic parameters; b) intangible economic parameters (satisfaction, reaction, climate, etc.)
