Managers are increasingly required to have the skills and abilities of a good leader .
In the beginning there is supervision and close observation of the working arrangements.
The sharing of the goal, the definition of roles, job descriptions, communication processes and accountability are fundamental elements of the process.
The path involves, in single or group meetings, all the members of the Team and is oriented towards the achievement of shared objectives, for the development of resources useful to the group and the sense of belonging.
The duration of the intervention depends on the timing of the project and on the business objectives that the Coach and client will identify together.

WHAT THE COACH DOES

active listening, reflection, trust;
specific and powerful questions that can generate ideas;
exercises designed ad hoc for various needs;
direct communication and improvement feedback;
well-defined goal planning (SMARTER);
awareness, motivation, empowerment and challenge, call to plan priority actions;
support in the application of management methodologies and techniques of proven usefulness and effectiveness (with solid scientific foundations).

- Getting Started with Coaching;
- questionnaires and self-assessment tests that stimulate self-learning;

MODE
WHAT IS A TEAM? By Team we mean a group of people who compete together for the same collective goal, share the same leadership and aim at the achievement of independent and interdependent objectives.
VERTICAL TEAM COACHING : Coaching process involving the Team Leader and his Team, i.e. people who usually work together.
HORIZONTAL TEAM COACHING: Coaching path involving people of the same hierarchy level, who can also be from different companies of the same group, or managers of different Business Units.
PRACTICAL GUIDES AND TRAINING CARDS
The path allows access to the reserved area with exclusive contents.
