The website allows the user to receive information on the activities provided by Aleo and Matteo Rocca (for example: blogs, bibliography, coaching, courses, consultancy, publications) and to use the related services (for example: registration requests to courses, seminars, coaching schools, events, requests for information, requests for subscription to the newsletter, etc.). Furthermore, the site offers the possibility to all users to view and/or download informative and informative materials (for example: podcasts, videos, e-books, articles) relating to the aforementioned activities and/or services. 

Finally, within the site, Matteo Rocca’s blog is available to users, whose articles are written with a purely informative and informative function. In the Blog there is no form of interaction with readers who, therefore, cannot leave comments.

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT

Any dispute concerning these terms of use will be subject to Italian jurisdiction and the applicable law will be Italian law, without any reference to the relative conflicts between different legal criteria. The user accepts and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts and expressly waives the right to advance any objection to such jurisdiction. The competent Court is identified exclusively in the Court of Brescia and any other Court is excluded.
