difficulties.<\/span><\/p><p><span>In addition to the above, the courses can make use of various tools:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span>individual meetings (max. 120 min.), in person or by videoconference, 1-3 weeks apart;<\/span><\/li><li><span>telephone sessions (max 60 min) for monitoring the action plan, (optional);<\/span><\/li><li><span>training cards or e-learning courses developed by the coach and functional to accelerate learning on specific topics (attended independently, with assistance from the coach)<\/span><\/li><li><span>individual work by the coachee on articles, books, films,
