Your Personal Improvement Plan (PPM) is how you can review and record the development of your academic skills throughout the course. It is designed to help you get the most out of your learning in the Productivity Academy. By the end of the course this will help you develop a solid understanding of how to be organized and work effectively and efficiently.

The most important thing to remember about your PPM is that it is designed for YOU, to get the most out of the time you spend learning the skills that revolve around Time Management and Organization.

YOU are responsible for following it faithfully and keeping it updated. Remember, it’s your personal best, so record (honestly!) your skills, knowledge, and accomplishments in a structured and thoughtful way.
